They have a vaccine for Ebola but not AIDS???

Hardly surprising. HIV mutates like crazy, making it an incredibly difficult virus to vaccinate against. There are plenty of other viruses we can’t immunize against for similar reasons, but HIV gets all the press (understandably so).
