Not familiar with orbit books, but looks like a good list
They’re a fantasy/SF specialist publisher, got some real good authors signed like K.J. Parker and Claire North.
Thanks! I’ve read several of those, and they’re all great. Picked up a couple more.

That is one ugly ass URL.
Trump in a toilet seat? Not on your life…

That’s a still frame of from the Star Trek episode city on the edge of tomorrow with Trump photoshopped in the middle right?
That ‘book’ has been coming up on my recommended list when I view other books. However I have never been tempted to purchase it.
Book one of The Laundry Files is $0.99 today:
IT guy battles Lovecraftian Horrors, as well as HR and Users ;)
Book 2 is only $5.99 currently:
More backlog for the backlog gods!
Also noticed Amazon is offering me $8 in credit if I spend $30 on books between August 5th - 12th.

Laundry Files is super good.
100% agree, as is most of Charlie Stross’ stuff (though his early stuff is pretty rough). Halting State and Rule 34 are also fantastic, and I really dig the Merchant Princes series. He’s one of my day 1 purchase SF writers nowadays.
The Jennifer Morgue is one of my favorites, due to its rather unique, Laundry Files take on Thunderball.

The only Stross thing I’ve ever enjoyed was the Colder War, which I think is available free. Otherwise it’s too twee for my taste.

Sorry for the late notice, I think this only goes a few more hours:
Some good stuff there. And a lot of dreck!
The preview says SF&F, but it’s all genres.
WOW! There is a LOT of excellent–and important–work on that list at excellent prices.
Scalzi’s fun Redshirts is $2.99
Yeah, looks dead to me this morning. :(
Lock In is showing as $8.99 for me on the macmillan site. And Amazon doesn’t even sell it? That’s weird!
