eLance or Get A Freelance?

I need someone to do some websie designs for me, and have not used eLance in a few years. I’ve heard it’s not as reliable as it was, and people are now using GetAFreeLance.com

Does anyone have any expereince with GetAFreelance.com or know of alternate freelance sits which may be available they recommend?

RentACoder comes to mind. Then there’s guru.com. I’ve generally heard good things about elance and have never heard of the one you mentioned.

I used and liked E-Lance, about two months ago.
