Maybe it was luck but it seems like if you can get a bounce off a cliff wall after jumping you can survive a longer fall.

I’m trying to find patches at the tunnel up the river, but I keep getting invaded over and over again by the same person. Is there any way to stop this?

No, I think that one is hard-coded as an introduction to invasions. He can be a pain early on for sure.

Take your time, block and guard-counter. Or come back later after a few levels.

There is another NPC you meet a bit further south, under a ruin and by a campfire, who warns you about a dragon. After your talk with him, he moves close to that invasion spot and will come out and help you when you trigger it.

Bleh. I haven’t had the worst luck playing on PC for crashes, about once every 3 hours or so, but the game sure does choose it’s moments well. Last couple of crashes have been immediately after completely a tricky sequence forcing me to redo them entirely.

Oh well, in happier news I finally got a third proper big story boss down.

Haha, yes! I’ve played all the other ones on XSX and PS5, so I’ve really been spoiled. Even booodborne was faster than this. Ususually fine when exploring, but when trying a boss more than once it’s really noticeable. I understand it’s better in PS5

Instead of exploring further north, I was curious to see what’s in the sounth and found a nice chill area with underleveled enemies. Only my enemies are weeping here. And also it happened that I arrived at night and found my first night rider. Tough, but very doable in one go. Tree sentinel trained me good.

Nah dude, I thought he was a real player as well the first time. It wasn’t until he kept re-appearing everytime I approached that I realised he was an NPC invader!

this game is quite addicting. I just wanted to farm some animals for their bones, and then discovered a tomb with skeletons (my fav enemies). I love my jellyfish, he is so hard to hit and his spit is poisonous and occasionally also stuns bosses. And then two and a half hour went by instantely.

I it says that if you register it can track your progress? Does this mean that if I collect a gold rune or smithing stone that it will disappear from my map? How does this work?
