I put a note in the Church of Elleh to see if you guys can see it, let me know!

Notes don’t identify you so you probably should say what the message is.

I was worried that I’d lose them in the opening boss fight since there was no grace site and I was totally out of healing. Turns out it starts off really easy so it wasn’t an issue.

Well I’ve never gotten a crash but I just got another connection error at Carsplurge Catan, 1 out of the 3 times I did him.

“Visions of Joy”

Will it identify it came from the group V (QT3)?

Yeah, you can see which of the groups an interaction comes from.

I have no idea.

I’ll find out tomorrow.

I thought I was Mr Hotshot with my new sword killing fools in Limgrave so hopped over to Caelid at lvl 30. Noped right out of there! I do like how messed up everything is there though.

Caelid feels a lot harder to me than Liurnia too. I haven’t quite figured out what the intended order to tackle everything is. Grace Points indicate past Stormveil up to the lake area. But then nothing points to the Southern Isle, and that’s clearly easier than the lake area. So I have no idea when we were supposed to try Caelid.

Playing offline I wonder if there is a way to only see specific messages, like from the qt3 folks? That would be fun. I went offline for my first playthrough because the cluttering of the messages were (visually) just too much. It looks better without. But some messages here and there would be cool.

There is a Grace point down south before the Evergoal IIRC that will point south.

Using a group name does seem to have eliminated many messages. My problem with the messages is that from certain angles many look like shinies, and thinking they are I dash over only to discover they are messages.

I decided to start a new game as an Astrologer instead of new game +. I took out the tree sentinel, which I never could have done with my melee guy right off the bat. Not like I’m going to be able to use his weapon, but that’s OK. It was satisfying.

I have died more times to falling–misjumping, backing up in fights over a cliff, that sort of thing–than to actual mobs. Heh.

I have a stone key. Any suggestions of where I should use it for a good reward? Or are all areas too early for me?
I’m level 18. Speaking of which where should I focus my next 5 points on? I’m a bit lost as a vagabond:

Vigor 17
Mind 10
Endurance 13
Strength 14
Dexterity 18 (wanted to try out mace and twin blade for fun)
intelligence 9
Faith 9
Arcane 7

If you hate yourself, there’s a grey fog wall near the site of grace by the door that opens into the world for the first time (South of the Church of Elleh). Otherwise, I wouldn’t worry too much about it. You’ll find the keys incidentally, and many merchants sell them, so I just always use them any time I see the statues.

Roundtable Hold. Explore around.

@jpinard be aware that some of the fog doors take two keys. If you look at the statue closely you’ll see if one of the imps has a key in it already. Most of them do. But if not, it’ll grab two keys from your inventory if you have them.

Good to know thanks!

The wondrous physicks potion, when you combine reagents, are those reagents gone forever, if you want to mix something different in the future?
