cant get it to work :(

Heading out in 45 minutes to pick my copy up at Gamestop.

I see this has pushed MW3 off the top seller spot at Steam for tonight at least…

It’s working fine for me, except now I’m getting crashes. CTD. Bam. I’m in a cave near the start, and it’s getting unstable. Damn.

Amazon has dispatched my copy. Tomorrow night, mayhaps I shall venture forth.

Yea, just had my first CTD. No slow down or delay, no error message, just blink welcome to your cluttered desktop. Luckily I had quick saved only moments before.

I haven’t settled on a particular fighting style yet (bow vs 2h vs dual wield vs magic etc). I’m just constantly switching it up as I go, getting a feel for everything.

CTD seems related to trying to go deeper into Bonechill Passage. Hmm.

Been playing for a good hour now, my only issue so far is that the sound seems quite low even though the master volume slider is all the way up (along with the other stuff except music).

I’m going to restart the game and see if it helps, but not a huge deal really.

I know this isn’t the spoiler thread, hopefully the tags are enough to warrant an exemption for the moment. This is directly related to something DM said.

DoomMunky

Is that the little ‘find claw’ quest, when headed down spiral stairs? That’s when I got it

omg the proxy trick works. SKYRIM!

Sometimes living in the Atlantic time zone sucks. One of the few places in North America that the game unlocks at 0100! Gah. And all I wanted to do was read the manual tonight.

I don’t know if i should spoiler this or not. You meet a guy named Luke. It turns out his father is the big bad, DV. The girl he has the hots for is his sister. No sh*t.

Decrypting 2 minutes early!

Possibly, Kerzain. I don’t have that quest yet.

MAN it’s good to be back in Cyrodiil!!!

Um, manual? Where do you get it if you bought on Steam? I love manuals! Still searching through the files; it’s gotta be here somewhere…

Perhaps I’ll just go for the tutorial for a bit tonight, then. Sad about Steam and manuals, as usual.

Technically, in Tamriel, right?

Dude, I’ll top that with a copy being shipped from the united kingdom to Australia!! 4 to 12 days!!!

Oh that is too funny, I am normally doing it the other way. You realise if you do this, you have to pay $89.99 for the game right?

Well obviously they would buy it before doing the VPN. I do agree that it’s ironic though, I never thought I’d see people using VPN to trick Steam into thinking that they ARE in Australia!

Is the default FOV for PC still 75? Can you change it to 90 like in Oblivion?
