It is an interesting phenomenon. On American mainstream TV, you can now use language that would have never been acceptable only a few years ago (bullshit, asshole, prick, etc.) but even more than that, the amount of gore that is acceptable is amazing. With all of the forensic based shows, you see bodies that have been burned to a crisp, melted, intestines pulled out, the kinds of things that previously would have made a movie X rated, every night.

But Janet Jackson has a nipple show for 0.5 seconds, and the station gets fined a hundred thousand dollars or so (even if it was eventually rescinded.) Oh, and if a person playing a hooker or a mobster lights a cigarette on TV, the world will collapse.

The biggest entertainment release in history (MW3) only has a third of the players of Skyrim? I hope Bethesda are drowing in profits. Or at least enough to hire writers.

PC sales of MW3 were only something like 4% of the total. As far as being the unstoppable juggernaut of the generation, COD is almost wholly a console phenomenon.

Does the Enchanting upgrade for Souled weapons, that allow them to regain 5% on kills, apply to all your enchanted weapons, or just the one you have equipped? :)

Was hoping I could use a bound weapon that drains souls, to recharge my other weapons.

So I think if you enchant an item with a less powerful gem, that determines the number of charges it has before it runs out. So you need to enchant with a powerful (grand?) to max out the charges. As far as I can tell you can’t re-enchant to up the maximum?

I wish there weren’t a dozen threads on this game. Not sure what you mean by re-enchanting to the maximum, but yeah that’s how charges work. Don’t ever waste a Grand Gem on charging something, please.

I spent a while enchanting last night, and once I had enchanted an item, it did not show up on the list. I suppose I’ll have to use the console commands at some stage to “unfuck” some of my enchanting options, as I was falling asleep while doing it last night and might have put petty shards in some really nice equipment just to level enchanting.
