This isn’t something I’m personally invested in other than being interested in the psychology involved. Maybe that’s why I can see it while others can’t.

Anyway, pressing the issue is part of seeing just how willing people are to suspend disbelief.

I hate to burst your bubble, but you’re not a visionary: You’re an asshole. Yes, we know. Yes, we see it. Like everything in life, the publicly known story isn’t the complete story.

But more importantly, you don’t even own the game. We’re the ones who have the right to be as pissed off as our $50 is worth. You know what? $50 is not worth a lot of anger, so I can’t imagine what your $0.02 is worth.

I still hope to come back to it and expect it to be a great game - I guess I’m one of those core audience people who sticks around regardless, but it’s not really Brad that makes me do so. Rather, it’s the vision or dream that I actually connect with.

I’m always surprised when people remark on their empty or near-empty ignore lists. Man, I would’ve flamed out of here years ago if I hadn’t been able to selectively remove some of the more egregious stupidity, or some posters who just irritate me for one reason or another.

Then again, most of my ignores are from P&R, and I happily show those posters’ posts outside of that subforum.
