As of 1.07 it is alot more stable, I’m interested to see what they have for the comming week. I’m not sure when they plan on going to a pool system for magic, sort of like what they had in MoM, since that will make saving up for that big spell more interesting.

turn-based all real-time strategy games, I had great expectation on this
group. But you all f_cking people have only big mouse. Many people
follow the someone’s notes (totally not related to strategy games), and
those f_cking messages gave me f_cking headache. I know you all have
freedom to speak or write, but you people are doing too much.
Since old man says "NOBody scares shit to avoid, but they avoid because
its f_cking dirty. I will stop subscribing this fucking newsgroup.

Looking at the Stardock news, I kinda got the implication that the long-term plans have changed. A 2nd project was cancelled as well it looks like, which I believe to be Society.

To me, it looks like this means that SD’s next project is going to be GalCiv 3 instead. This makes sense, as GC2 has a good brand name and with the Elemental engine presumably in much better shape in 2 years time, it should be cheaper/easier to make a great game out of it.

I just hope that things turn around at SD, their track record is still plenty more good then bad, and when they’re good, they’re really good.
