I think you put more importance into a Twitter thread than I do. He has made much more concerning tweets, that this one was minor to me. He should have ignored it, sure, but he’s trolling and the outrage it generates is just fueling it even more.

We’re not talking about that, we’re talking about your individual reaction to this one tweet. If you find bullying humorous, it just says a lot about you that we (or at least I) didn’t know before, and it’s disappointing. Musk is too far above me, calling him out will do nothing. Calling you out, however, is something I can do.

I would love it if you came around and saw this power imbalance as the bullying it is, but if you continue to find such behavior funny, there’s little more I can do than continue to be disappointed and continue to call you (and others) out on it when I see it.
