Yay! I wonder if it will be implemented for Rebel Galaxy Outlaw at launch?

That’s the plan. In testing now.

And the release is being delayed until it’s implemented? :-)

The free games they give are good, but I do not intend to be a customer.

This is a great write-up:

That was a fun read.

And I just checked Reddit. Full of Jack asses. So, it’s pretty standard stuff.

Epic has Cyberpunk preorder for $59. GOG is still $79. Crazy.

In what region? It’s $59.99 here in Trumptopia for the standard edition.

Canadian prices. Should have said.

Oh crap never mind, Epic changed my account back to US dollars. Didn’t notice. Derp.

Actually @Indyls, a far more egregious omission is not having a warning about the extremely cute nature of your forum avatar. I’m still recovering.

I know right! The Toronto zoo has a polar bear breeding program and have been lucky enough to have raised three in the past few years. That’s Juno.

@kerzain has lost his cutest forum avatar award. :P

Good. It was getting to be a little overwhelming fending off all the hugs.

Hugs? In the Epic Games Store thread? Never!

As mentioned in the Bargain Thread, For Honor and Alan Wake are currently free on the Epic Games Store.

I haven’t become any more of a fan of the Epic store, and progress seems to be glacially slow (cloud saves coming out seem to be a good step, at least), but I’m going to make a bit of an exception to pick up Rebel Galaxy Outlaw. In this particular case, my desire to support Travis outweighs my dislike of EGS and Epic’s policies.

I’ll be grumbling my whole way to the shopping cart, though. They do have a shopping cart now, right?

They do for engine marketplace sales, but when they had two free games I had to “buy” them as separate transactions. Maybe specific to free games. I don’t intend to buy anything there that I don’t have to for the forseeable future so probably not going to notice either way.

Um … er … not really.

Seriously? Yikes.

I care more about a wishlist than a shopping cart. I rarely buy more than one game at a time, but I like the ability to bookmark games I don’t want to buy right now, but might buy later on sale or whatever.
