Explorer opening zip files instead of d/ling

For some reason, my internet explorer is trying to open zip files when I click on a download link instead of giving me the “save to” dialog.

How do I get that save to dialog to come up instead?

Use Firefox.

Or: check to see what application Windows has zip files associated with; if it’s IE, that’s the problem. Or if you want a quick and dirty fix, just right click->save as them.
