Those are two of the best Michaels around.

It can’t be as bad as the Francois Truffaut one with the goofy jetpacks.

I never saw the Truffaut film, but I will say that Fahrenheit 451 was pretty much my least favorite Bradbury, having also read The Martian Chronicles, The Illustrated Man, and The October Country.

I dunno, I just found it flat and rather obvious. As dystopian visions go, it’s not a patch on Orwell. But maybe it was just the wrong time for me.

That film felt like it weighed a thousand tons. The burning books were the liveliest things in it.
