After his comments about Prime Minister Trudeau yesterday, I’m not feeling particularly charitable towards him. Kinda seems like karma.
Maybe he actually has a conscience, unlike Trump. Standing there, spouting utter bullshit while driving your country into the ground would be pretty stressful.

The spanish / Chile one is the correct pronunciation, in my mind.
The english one pronounces as chi-pote-ly, which is terrible, and the Northern California one (chi-pot-lee) is even worse.
