I’ve been replaying Fallout 3, and one thing that is driving me nuts is that despite having Small Guns 100, scope sway has crept back in. Not a lot, but enough to be annoying. I think it may be related to getting the Covert Ops perk, which adds 3 to Small Guns, so my skill is now 103. Maybe. Hard to be sure, it’s just that I don’t recall seeing any sway while playing through Operation Anchorage.
