Fallout Online in development from January 07 with $75M budget?

From that announcement, they’ve basically just described WoW substituting in “Fallout” instead of “Warcraft.” What’s missing is all of the details about how they’re going to do it, you know, the important stuff that distinguished WoW from Anarchy Online or Ryzom.

If this is a real project, I’m secretly hoping they find a way to get rid of the antiquated “character level” system and minimize level grind, but who am I kidding–they’re going almost certainly going to copy as much of WoW as they can.
