So far I would describe the hearings of the first part of the Kavanaugh Hearings. Repeated over and over again.

At some point, it has to make an impact that the second part never happens. Right?

Hahahahahahahaha, no. There will be plenty of screeds about “deep state actors” etc. akin to Graham’s fevered performance last year. Especially when we get to the Senate.

I had to kill Bob Morton because he made a mistake. Now it’s time to erase that mistake.

Watch Trump try pull a McCabe with the current witness and move to fire her after a twenty-some year career, yanking her retirement benefits.

I’m watching PBS’s stream right now, and they just ran the infamous Trump/Giuliani drag show. It was made almost 20 years ago, but really covers some of what everyone knows about Trump (womanizer gropes person against their will. HAHA so funny.)

I wonder if it is particularly galling to the WSJ editorial board – which is a mouthpiece of Rupert Murdoch – to have an excellent reporter in Rebecca Ballhaus who continues to break these huge and hugely injurious stories about the current administration and its cronies.

Oh FUCK Nunes so hard. “Your perfornance” blah blah blah.

Republican counsel guy looks and sounds like a kicked dog. It’s like he shrinks away from his microphone as he asks his questions.

What’s the point of Nunes trying to yield time to another committee member, contrary to the rules? Is this just more grandstanding to advance the star chamber / show trial narrative?

To force Schiff to gavel down a woman, perhaps?

raises pinky But of course!

Did the minority counsel see the writing on the wall and switch sides? I’m waiting for him to pull some sort of gotcha, but so far he’s giving Yovanovitch a chance to say incriminating shit, like whether she was removed for getting in the way of Parnas and Fruman.

Can anyone offer an insider’s view on Nunes ceding to Stefanik and Schiff axing it? Not quite following what happened there.

Why is that? Does he own a controlling interest?

The rules for this hearing don’t permit the leaders to yield time to other committee members. They can only yield to the faction counsel. This is not a normal rule for committee operations, it was established for these impeachment hearings. Nunes is apparently trying to make it seem unfair.

Thanks. Guess they got some good footage for the base, but it doesn’t seem like they were at all prepared for Schiff to call their bluff.

News Corp bought it in 2007

“He said some real nasty things!”

But please let it continue until he’s removed from office.
