That’s why nobody brought it up when Bush withheld aid or even when Trump did it with Afghanistan last year.

The reason they’re in that room right now is because what Trump did with Ukraine aid is NOT NORMAL. It was so abnormal that tons of people raised concerns about it, whereas that is not something they do all the time.

This is dumb. Asking Sondland to speculate about who would benefit from an investigation of the Bidens would be shut down by a judge. Who cares what Sondland thinks about that. It’s the House’s job to determine that.
