Collins just keeps screaming. He’s like Gym Jordan with less (known) pedophilia.
I am. My god, the minority counsel / Castor questioning session was the most juvenile, facile bit yet.

The complaint that he is ranting about, by his own words, is just that they should have obscured Nunes’ name in the report. That they should have said “congressperson 1”. That doesn’t seem suspicious at all.

I’m a few minutes behind now but why does this blonde GOP counsel sound like a sorority girl, drawing out her words, etc? This is truly bizarre.

They are going all in on how discovering that Nunes appears in Parnas’ call logs is the real crime here. It’s a bold strategy.
They really are going with the real crime here is recognizing that one of us was exchanging phone calls with an indicted person allegedly involved in helping the president with his extortion scheme.

The AV club finally has their act together. Twice in a row the rolled tape right on cue. They know Ms. Jackson Lee doesn’t tolerate any shit.

I don’t understand why the Democrats seem so concerned about discovering all the illegal shit that the GOP has been doing. Who ordered them to do that?! STOP CHECKING INTO OUR ILLEGAL SHIT!

Gohmert decided to just work in some material he had prepared back when he was expecting Obama’s impeachment.
I’d be inclined to include the Mueller obstruction charges, but I think @magnet makes some good points. Part 1 of the Mueller report makes clear there wasn’t sufficient evidence to conclude that Trump collaborated with the Russians, and even made clear that some of the conspiracy theories were baseless included one I believe. For instance, I believed that the only reason that an attempt to change the GOP platform to withhold lethal aid to Ukraine was made was because Putin wanted it. In fact, the subsequent phones Ukraine phone calls add fuel to the conspiracy theory.
However, the Mueller report (yes I read it) makes it clear that the platform change was solely the work of one Trump delegate. He thought that not providing lethal aid to Ukraine would help Trump to reset the relation with Russia. Part 1 of the Mueller has lot of damning evidence but it also has some exculpatory evidence which I’m sure the Republicans will trot out. Not to mention Mueller’s actual testimony was meh.
I do think the Trump White House refusal to recognize Congress’s role in governing and his continuing obstruction in all matters big and small is 100% impeachable. Part 2 of the Mueller report is helpful in that respect as are all the court cases etc.
Cowards cancelling him. I’m not fan of Comey because he torpedoed Clinton for no good reason and kept mum about all the Russian stuff, but I’d love to see him on Fox and Friends and think of DJT enraged on the toilet.
Oh God, Matt Gaetz. What have the poor constituents done to deserve him?

And really this means they deserve whatever they get.
Sure, I guess in the Congressman’s case, at least he got the most votes. In our current Daily National Embarrassment’s case, not so much.

It’s what they want. His district is one of the most GOP districts in the entire country.
Some of his stances are fairly libertarian. But he’s also got out of any punishment for his DUI because someone pulled strings for him. So he really does fit in with the new “crimes are for little people” GOP. Toss in the bad stuff and his lenient stance on pot doesn’t make up for it even remotely.
What is this guy talking about with his “Minority Hearing Day?”
Lemme guess: it’s a day for them to trot out all their “Pizzagate” level conspiracy theories (as if they weren’t doing that enough already).
It’s the one day a year they can hear minority voices
Wait, is Gym Jordan up next? Let me go find my hearing protection…
