Does anyone know if the non-voting members left at the end were people who weren’t actually there or people who chose not to vote? I believe at one point it was mentioned that four members weren’t present (or their districts vacant). I didn’t do the mental math at the end to see if things added up.
Well, the House GOP whipped their members hard, probably threatened anyone who didn’t fall in line like a good Bolshevik with dire consequences like backing a primary challenger. Also Trump would never stop with the Twitter abuse.
