James Wolfe was a civil servant for 30 years. What makes you think he was rich?

Flynn was in the military until 2014. He’s likewise probably not in the top 1%.

Perhaps not in the top 1%, but as a general officer he made ~$190k / year, owned a house worth $800k and — before his legal troubles — had a net worth estimated at $7m. He’s rich.

Don’t forget his consulting income

I called and emailed my senator (Cory Gardner) to tell him that if the Senate doesn’t hold a real trial investigating the president’s behavior, then I’ll hold him and all the Senate Republicans responsible for the degradation of our constitutional system.

I’m not going to say I definitely just saved democracy, but…

Yes you did, you have saved the ideals of democracy, fairness and honour. I doff my hat good sir!

What he said. :)

If there is a real trial, you totally get all the credit. Kudos!

This guy is a lawyer, supposedly?

Politico article says the Senate trial may start next week. Could be BS of course. I give it 50/50 that there will either be no witnesses, or one of the witnesses will be Joe Biden. There’s no way the Republicans are going to allow witnesses unless they get to call him

Expecting McConnell to stand for anything except party over country is a fool’s game.

Of course, but it never hurts to use Mcconnel’s own words against him during an election year.

Every time I see McConnell’s name, I donate $5 to Amy McGrath.

You either need to stop reading P&R, or you will hit the max within a month ;)

I dare ya to say his name three times in a mirror.

Guessing he tried the mirror thing…

Big if true

I bet it’s not true
