Zoe Lofgren was an intern or something during Watergate, so she provides a sort of institutional memory as the only member of Congress to have participated in all three modern impeachments (or in the case of Watergate, pre-impeachments).
Adam Schiff has been VERY good. Measured.Thoughtful. Logical. Thorough. Trump’s side literally doesn’t argue any facts. They just whine loudly and angrily that the whole thing is outrageous and illegal.
It’s amazing and disgraceful and Trump is almost certain to get away with it. How can ANYBODY seriously condone this and what will history think of us?!

The Predictit betting market has 4 Republican senators voting for impeachment at $.04 or 24-1 odds against. I thing it is probably only 10-1 against. But the odds of Trump being president when he first entering were 50-1.
