They don’t want lawsuits due to broken TVs from triggered fragile snowflakes who don’t know how to use the mute button. ;-)

He’s been pretty amazing to watch.

That is despicable. Is that live or a recap? If it’s live that’s astonishing. Pure propaganda.

It helps to remember they are your enemy, and the enemy of all that is good in the world. They strive to destroy freedom and anyone of whom they disapprove. They will succeed, unless stopped.

Oh, it’s absolutely live.

If you turn to any of the other networks, they’re just showing the hearings… As you would expect.

Anyone have a link to a good youtube video or something with the highlights?

He is excellent, both David Gergen was effusive in his praise on CNN.

As practical matter, as somebody who has followed the twist and turns quite closely. I was surprised at how much I learned. The way he weaved the timeline together “Just one day after the Mueller report, an embolden Trump was pressuring Ukraine”. “Won’t it be nice to hear what Amb Bolton thought of this and what was said next, well you can get this information by calling Amb Bolton to testify”, was both educational and surprisingly compelling.

I’ve been pretty open about my admiration for Schiff. He’s consistently on point with excellent delivery. He’s the hero we need, though sadly we don’t deserve. In a more just timeline he’d be successfully fighting corruption by day and reading bedtime stories to children by night (using his powers of gravitas and inflection so that those stories instill a proper sense or morality in the next generation).

Roberts is one of them. The rot is complete. We can dispense with the notion that the Supreme Court would place the Constitution and country above trump.

I’ve heard two different reporters and Senator Merkley (D-OR) report pretty much the opposite. Senator Graham, Feinstein, and one other Democratic senator were gone for an hour, or left early. But the remain 97 have been for the most paying strict attention. Yes they get up and stretch their legs or go to the bathroom, but most are paying close attention and taking notes. Sen. Merkley said this was true of both Democrats and Republican and that you couldn’t tell which side was which.

Unless the reporter was there until 2 AM Tuesday and was there in his seat for the entire 8 hours and 43 minutes, I’m not sure I’m inclined to pay their reports a lot of creed.

It’s not just this one reporter (never mind that Marsha Blackburn was tweeting and doing interviews on Fox. A handy Republican maxim to keep in mind: Rules for thee and not for me. )

I think this is kind of an hysterical take. Roberts not wanting to do a particular kind of not-particularly-substantive intervention in the Senate process does not mean that we are doomed forever. It’s not the best sign, of course, but it is not conclusive.

So, is there any chance this jew coup is going to succeed or are we (humanity, not just you amuhricans) stuck with the orange toddler for another four years?

Um. What?! Is this irony or should I be smacking the Flag this Post button frantically?

Pretty sure this is irony directed at mocking Ben Garrison and the like.

So what you’re saying is thisisfine.gif?

Possibly. We have 280 some odd days yet until we know if we’re doomed forever. =P

But Roberts acting like a potted plant during a historical event (while also chastising the chamber for decorum only after Nadler called trump a liar) kinda gives the game away.

It was what one of right-wing sites recently called it. I think it was TruNews, the one that was mentioned because Trump gave them White House credentials again. He’s being ironic, so I don’t think you need to hit the flag post button. :)

Lol, of course:

This.

We’re almost definitely (nah, forget the “almost” part) stuck with him for just short of another year but there’s a slight chance he’ll be gone a year from now.
