What’s funny, if you watch the video (which I’m not entirely sure I recommend), is that the guest calls them ‘customary measures’ and never once says imperial. But the metric system is part of the new world order, forced upon us by the French at the end of the guillotine.
The video is mind boggling. It very much sounds like a parody from the Onion or something. It’s almost funny in its complete bizarreness.
But this is one of the highest rated opinion shows on the highest rated cable news network in America, and it makes me sad. This asshole is rotting people’s brains with this kind of nonsense.

I prefer Imperial for most day-to-day stuff. I just think the measurements work better most of the time. For science and military applications I think metric works much better. I also wont bitch about metric, because who fucking does that?
