Then we must look at ways to reduce the number of cars on the streets. They are a public health menace, and need to be stopped. Easy parking clearly contributes to the number of drivers, so we should limit that. Plus it is much harder for an individual to go on a killing spree with a bus, so we should push people to busses for personal transportation rather than allowing virtually unlimited access to two ton killing machines.
Yes, I agree that licensing and registration requirements will do little to stop gun violence, and instead we’ll have to ban the guns.
Considering that 100 million people drive to work every day, it’s almost impossible to eliminate car violence. But in addition to licensing and registration, government does impose rigorous safety regulations for manufacturers that are updated periodically. The result is that the number of vehicle-related deaths are at a record low, despite the population (and car-driving population) being at record highs.

The obvious end game is to make guns much safer. Only allowing them to fire marshmallow bullets seems reasonable. Maybe leave a bruise when your kids pick up and fire your “secured” guns at each other.

Every time someone talks about Blue Lives or whatever, I’m reminded that landscaping is a more dangerous job. Or, God help you, truck driving. Or worse: garbage man.
But for some reason we don’t pass special laws to allow truck drivers or the dude that mows our lawn to kill people and be beyond reproach.
Imagine if garbage men (who’s job is basically twice as likely to kill them as a cop) were allowed to like, just run you over with their truck. Or come into your house to make sure you’re not putting anything dangerous in the trash. Then they could kill your dog for fun and nothing would happen to them.
I mean, I’d be down for that, sure.

Meanwhile, on Planet Fox News:
Living in two different worlds…
I can’t get worked up about that tweet because I don’t think things have EVER made sense. I mean, this administration has made no sense from day 1. So I guess just add it to the pile of crap.

I’m willing to bet the President or someone already shared at least one transcript with them, and at least that one transcript has no direct statement like that. It sounds a lot like the deflection this time will be an attempt at preventing ALL the information to be on display. “Well he didn’t actually SAY you do this or I won’t do that.”
They will argue semantics. They will also argue follow through. They will say the President was investigating wrongdoing by Biden’s son, because no American is above the law.
No one knows you better than immediate family.

I find it weird that Ingraham has 3 adopted kids.
I assumed she was entirely full of hate, but that’s not the kind of person who would adopt kids.

I’m comfortable with your first assumption being likely correct. Even Hitler did some nice things in his life I’m sure. She could be Mommie Dearest for all we know.
