My local news basically opens every nightly news with the counties reports on numbers of cases and the numbers of deaths. County by county. Every county has had deaths now except for a fairly isolated foothill county NE of here. Some of these are very rural, like Kings County. But even rural areas have cities of some size, with schools and senior citizens.
