Sanford Wallace and his two companies, Seismic Entertainment Productions and SmartBot.Net are getting smacked down by the FTC. This isn’t being done under the new spyware legislation (which isn’t law yet, I think) but under plain old deceptive business laws. Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy.
Somehow I’m not surprised that Spamford Wallace decided to move into spyware. He seems to thrive on being a pimple on the ass of society. GG PWNED to the FTC for going after the fucker. Again. :)
Ethics wre never a strong suit for Sanford Wallace. After the spanking he got for spamming, it’s surprising he’d get into another dubious enterprise, but I suppose old habits are hard to break.
