Pirates: they got in Canadian space once so they died like the dogs they are; or maggots, which is a more realistic non-swearing term. Next time I saw them, they took out the Drath defenses and stayed there. That's a punk move..

Fortunately no, but if it were like Civ 4, then this would have gone straight to hell.
