about Quantum Gate: You can get it to work on an old macintosh. Dosbox may relatively do it, although you are always exposed to crashes.
Otherwise it’s DOS emulation using pcemul and such.

Nope, not Blade Runner. Might not even be a nose.

Twisted Metal?

Not Twisted Metal 1

Total Recall?

Nopers. You guys guessing video stuff are in the right quadrant.

Is it Marky Mark? It’s a “video game” where you build your own music video. Kris Kross had it too.

Close enough. I was expecting someone would recognize Mark’s nose like @kerzain did with Mike Myer’s mouth a few boxes back.

I love this thread because it often highlights lovely box art, or games that I may have missed, or games that I’ve forgotten about.

But then sometimes, something like this happens. :)

Who is this guy?

Also why was his brain embalmed and nobody bothered to put the top of his skull back.

I hear he became an actor afterward. And yes, for all the olds out there, it blew my millennial mind when I learned that Mark Wahlberg had a music career and was brothers with one of the New Kids.

Please tell me it’s a parody. What is that shit!

The game was terrible. I think my friends only played it for 10 minutes before we experienced everything that it offers. It then again, almost all Sega CD games were terrible.

Lol, it was a #1 hit in the US in 1991! He also went to #10 with a song called “Wildside,” per Wikipedia. Overall, I’m super happy to have missed the white rapper boom of the early ‘90s by virtue of being a toddler. His performance in The Departed was great, though.

lol. He wasn’t very good I gave you that. But 90’s rap was a confusing time.

I will say that the choice of sample is great (Loleatta Holloway’s “Love Sensation”). Shame they couldn’t do more with it, but about a hundred other people did so it’s all good.
