Nothing written anymore is taken at face value, everyone wants there to be underlying currents that may or may not be there that may or may not mean something but if it fits I’ll use it regardless.

For someone that reads these topics but rarely posts in them it is very difficult to post anything without being taken out of context or used in a way they were not meant to be but that is always the issue with the typed word rather than the spoken one and does make it very difficult to put ones thoughts and feelings up without the fact people are just going to misinterpret or plain ignore them.

I did infer from Kurina’s posts that harassment of women in gaming wasn’t really a thing or a big deal until GamerGate blew up. Rereading the posts it still seems to be the general intent. This is also a response to advertising of an event, not a report of how the event actually functioned. Are there any reports of violence against caucasians who attended the event?
