These are some good clues and I better not have seen the movie in question, as I will be absolutely kicking myself if I didn’t get it from those clues.

They’re not particularly cryptic after the first couple. It’s definitely not an obscure movie, though I have to admit I hadn’t seen it until recently.

Many of these fit Clouds of Sils Maria, but I don’t think there are understudies or critics there, and definitely no killers, unless we’re being figurative.

Black Swan?

The Player?

This was going to be my guess as well, though I can’t make them all fit. I haven’t seen the movie in years, though.

Ding ding ding!

Should have caught it sooner; I love that movie. For some reason it didn’t occur to me that ‘killer’ could be metaphorical.

Well, it’s not really.

Sorry for the delay.

  1. Fun with a gatling gun
  2. Raft ride
  3. Abusive shopkeeper
  4. Deal with a chief
  5. Drips of blood

The Outlaw Josey Wales?

The Wild Bunch?

Wild Wild West?

Got it in one.
