Getting a weird constant refresh on sites like CNN

It’s like refresh… refresh… refresh… every second. Anyone know what might be up? Started doing that 1 or 2 days ago.

My first thought is keyboard. Debris holding a key down? Liquid? Do you have another keyboard you can swap in to check?

I can look for one. Not sure. But it is consistent with only some websites. CNN keeps doing it along with several others. But this forum and others are fine.
