Prismata might be suitable for a league since multiplayer is at the core.
No it is not - but games play very fast (there is a timer that can be set and you can pool time if you go fast each turn to save for later turns).
Game length is also helped in that itâs a âperfect informationâ game with a very mathematical flow. Itâs usually fairly easy to recognize the tipping point at which victory/loss will be assured and the game can be immediately conceded.
Iâm enjoying my time with it so far (thanks geewhiz). I spent a few hours with it yesterday (live-streamed on my Twitch channel if anyone is curious). The more i learn about it the more impressed i am with the elegance of the systems and interface.
I havenât had any success at all with real time game leagues. :(
Understood, concerning league play. This is one turn based game that would not do well asynchronously (which I never thought I would say about a game).
In any case I think it is worth taking a look even if it is single player. It can be very challenging. It will especially appeal to math people as @Vormithrax points out above.
The game has been in development since 2010 apparently (though they were MIT students when the group started working on it as a fun project).
I have a Steam key for Chaos Reborn for the first person to PM me. Looks like there are still a core group of Qt3ers still playing.

I only end up redeeming the Humble keys that I actually want/donât already have. Cleaning out my Humble unredeemed list, looks like I can make some other peoplesâ days a little better. I have 90 keys to dump, around 20 legitimately good games and 70 randoms. Will throw half in here, another half in a week or so. Replace the roman numeral with a number to redeem on Steam.
