Even though I have that through Direct2Drive…I actually might buy it again from GoG if they get it. I am such a whore.
Don’t feel bad about it. So many of us are, about these things…
Yay! I’m not alone!

I think Betty Ford is opening a ward for your kind to be called the Rubin Wing.
Hi Brian, I’m Fenris. I also collect games. I just like knowing I have them in case I ever want to play them.

Hell yeah, I have many games I’ve bought twice, a few even three times.
The worst is movies though - I bought Gladiator 4 times so far :-(
Does SWAT 3 have randomized enemies like in 4? Actually, is there any reason to get 3 over 4? SWAT 4 in coop is so much fun.
Not really, at least in this case. D2D games are DRM’d. I couldn’t install the retail SWAT4 expansion with my D2D SWAT4, either, which pissed me off.
That whole “I can dump the install on my backup drive and never have to worry about cdkey activation shit or have Steam installed” is a powerful siren’s song for repurchasing games you already have from GoG.
Oh, ew, that sucks. Yeah, you have a better reason to rebuy SWAT 4 on GoG than I do. :)

Wait, SWAT 4 is coming?
Dayum. More goodness! ETA?
Edit: and also yes, is there any reason to get SWAT 3 over 4?
Nonono, we HOPE it’s coming.
If you have to choose, I’d definitely go with 4, but they’re both good. 3 has worse graphics and the interface isn’t as good as in 4, but it’s still worth playing.
They’re both awesome games and both are worth playing, but 4 has an edge in a few areas.
I remember reviewing this for GamesDomain. Best game I ever played that came completely out of left field. I had no expectations when I started playing it and was rewarded with months of excellent game play.

Rollercoaster Tycoon that works with Windows 7? Sold.
I just hope they manage to get RCT 2 happening.
Same here! Got a review copy without knowing a damned thing, and it wound up eating my soul.
