Another “I guess that’s cool” announcement, but if you wanted AssCreed on PC, it’s been on sale on Steam long ago and for much cheaper.

I like the idea of enhanced editions of recent games.

Well, isnt the big thing here that its DRM free? And from Ubisoft of all companies.

free fallout for all

Meh, the Free Legendary RPG is Fallout 1.

And their site crashes.

EDIT: Briefly.

Well, I have Fallout 1 on disc somewhere, so I don’t mind the freebie for download.

haha, what did you guys expect? Dear lord this place is disturbingly hard to get to enjoy something…even when its free!

Oh, AC: Director’s Cut already exists. I thought they had convinced publishers to go through their back catalog and release new content. That would be awesome.

jeeebus I love this company so much

Without DRM?

Agreed. Glad they’re growing.

I’m glad their doing so well too and I’d probably be happier about the free game if it wasn’t something I already own in multiple places lol. At this point I’m most excited about the Witcher 2 update. I can’t wait to replay it with the new content.

Yes, Assassin’s Creed Director’s Cut on Steam was/is DRM free, not counting Steam itself. Keep in mind that the release of that game predated Ubisoft’s spiral into DRM madness.

I’m all for GOG to include contemporary games, but the pricing seems high. $20 for Assassin’s Creed and Heroes V? Each? (I realize they are bundled together now, but eventually that will be their normal price).

Same price as steam. Granted steam has sales, but so does gog.

Well I am sure they would love to go lower, but Ubisoft has final say on prices.
On GOG the offer is the best though. The music in AC games is fantastic.

Yes, that’s my point. And Amazon has it beat by $5.

Not that I didn’t already buy it for $5 years ago.

GoG is getting Botanicula! Awesome. the indie is strong in this one :)

But your ire is misplaced. Blame Ubisoft.

GOG is getting slammed, I can’t add Fallout to my account…
