So, today my girlfriend and I, whose phones have never that I can recall been out of the time zone in which we live, discovered that some of our devices were showing the wrong time, or so we thought!
However we just discovered that our phones are receiving the wrong time zone from the network somehow. The correct time zone is Phoenix (GMT -7), but the phones, which both had the “automatic time zone” setting on, were for some reason set to Denver (GMT -6). What on Earth would cause that to happen? I have never had a cellphone get the incorrect time before.
