Google files new ad-related patent

Gotta find my flame-proof suit before I comment on this one.

As a public company, Google’s had to shift from “Don’t be evil” to “Don’t be, like, too evil, if we can help it.”

I know for a fact that other companies already do this. They used the feedback to monitor how people play their games, in order to use that information to understand how to improve them.

Or as I like to see it, to understand the bare minimum they have to do to sell copies.

“Our latest spyware data indicates that 90% of our users only played for four hours. Therefore, we believe we don’t ever have to make a game longer than four hours ever again!”
