Whats StS?
I am going to go out on a limb and guess Slay the Spire, since that seems to be flavour of the day for card-based games.
Slay the Spire. Deckbuilder roguelike, in other words.
So a structure to allow for replayability in single player, instead of the ‘one done’ type when you have a linear narrative.
I thought they did a terrible job in trying to get Hearthstone money out of standalone Gwent (which I played a lot of when it was in beta) but I thought Thronebreaker was great. So I may well like this one.
Thronebreaker production values were great
I liked Thronebreaker too. I liked the story & the variations on core gameplay.
