Happy Thanksgiving to the Canadians out there! Here in Ontario, the COVID case counts are stable, and in fact have been trending down. There’s too many people on my wife’s side of the family to do a get together so we just took her mom out for a traditional (not!) Thanksgiving lunch of oysters on the half shell and lobster roll. The fall weather has been warm so we had a Thanksgiving lunch in our backyard with my mom and my sister’s family. It felt really nice to host a family get together after such a long time. Rather than doing a whole turkey, opted for a stuffed turkey breast and a salmon fillet. It was a real spirit lifter to have that lunch!
