HAWX problems in DX10?

Have Catalyst 10.4 preview, HD5850, Core i7 930 and I can’t run the HAWX_dx10.exe in DX10 or DX10.1 mode at all. Running Win7 x64.

In DX9 it runs 60fps but there’s something broken with the DX10 mode that it’s literally 0-2fps, a broken slideshow when I try the benchmark option.

Picked it up on sale today from D2D. Patched. Can anyone get this running?

Bug: turn off Voice Commands to fix.

That’s just weird. Also have to disable Voice Commands every time you load game since it doesn’t seem to remember this setting.
