Henshin-a-go-go, baby!

I don’t know what ‘henshin-a-go-go’ means any more than I know what ‘abracadabra’ means. I briefly considered using it as a sort of catchphrase to say at parties while cocking my index finger and thumb at someone, gun-style. Maybe while winking, too, although that might require a bit of practice in the mirror. Too cheesey? I’ve heard it said enough times to recognize that it’s supposed to be cool.

And now I can hear it on my Nintendo DS. Read my Yahoo review of Vietwiful Joe: Double Trouble here.

Wikipedia says it means transformation, so you might want to be careful, because Henshin a go go probably is a transvestite come on in Japan. Real careful, because, you know, well, all those, uh, Japanese…transvestite…people(?) of the night that run in your social circles.

I think you should go with the time honored Henshin word, “Shazam!” maybe “Shazam for me!” or “Go-go gadget go-go!”

Who am I to question a video game with an “adult” setting?

I like the way the “adult” setting in VJ is lit up in neon. Ohhhh yeah.
