Thank @Pod in particular, he braved the meta forums and asked for support!

Iâm surprised it got fixed, tbh. All my other meta posts get ignored/massively misunderstood!

I typically get told to GFY so yeah, you did good.

Now youâre next mission can be to get them to restore the functionality that keeps us at our last read position after we reply to a post :-)

I never used that feature, but I made sure to complain on QT3s behalf:
Anyway, they didnât care. :)

I just canât believe that jumping to the end is the most common usage people want. That is just backwards. Definitely not a good call by @wumpus
Is it possible to get CSS added to Discourse to support Safariâs current dark mode settings, so it the forum switches to dark mode automatically for users who have the OS theme switching at sunrise and sunset? I see there is a plugin for it; not sure if that is the best way. https://meta.discourse.org/t/dark-mode-theme-switch-for-safari-on-macos-and-ios-13/112071

How do I stop Discord Discourse from randomly choosing font sizes from post to post? Itâs been happening for a couple weeks, and sometimes whole pages use larger fonts on one visit, and then smaller fonts on others.
Example provided:
Happens on both PC and Tablet, using latest Chrome on both.

Pretty sure itâs a user-problem. Have you tried changing your eyes?
Could it be theme-related? I donât see the same thing on my end and Iâm using a different theme (Solarized Light).
This is the most likely answer. The theme is specifying font sizes for certain divs but not others or the default font size, and the browser default is too large.
Oh and I did/helped with the Solarized Light theme here so youâre welcome. :D
Which theme is that? Also which browser are you using, @kerzain ?
Edit: Sorry for 100 edits/notifications :/

Theme: Qt3 by NIGHT!

Is there a way to set Discord to not hide the content of flagged comments, or to raise the threshold for that? Normally itâs not an issue, but there was a thread where some revenge flagging was happening to one user and it was difficult to read. I canât find a way to change how flagged comments are viewed in preferences.

I think one of the core design philosophies behind Discourse was that the community should be doing all of your policing for you (the difficulty in reading the discussion youâre getting hung up on is a result of that design philosophy in practice). It took several years before the software was ever even given a genuine ignore feature, and even that is still crippled with limitations.
Iâm just not sure Discourse devs have ever trusted users enough to manage their own feed content in the way youâre looking for.
As for the flagging strictly being what you call ârevenge flaggingâ⌠well, thatâs a discussion for another thread.
Makes sense. Also, someone messaged me and told me that all those âflagged by the communityâ messages in the thread I had been reading are just what you see when someone has been temporarily suspended. I didnât realize it worked like that. So Iâm no longer worried about a userâs ability to make me have to click show on a bunch of comments to understand whatâs going on. :)

Yeah no mass revenge flagging took place.
Hey now the site gets mad at me if I open too many tabs at once and tells me to slow down, cuz there are too many requests from my IP address.
LET ME CONSUME ALL UNREAD CONTENT ALL THE TIME FOREVER, DAMN YOU
