Rocket jettisons colonists, creating outpost stack and adjusting rocket mass to 11. Rocket moves to LEO-Encke route -> Sol-Earth L2 -> pivot into ersatz bernal. 6 burns for two fuel steps.
Inspirations performed on refinery and reactor decks - Fluidized Bed and Penning Trap revealed.

ESA performs ISRU refuel, then does an unfueled takeoff from Tethys. Rolling for event.
Turn 40
[b]Rocket continues move along Uranus flyby. Aerobrake and ring crossing. FINAO paid twice, 2WT given to NASA. Rocket continues to Oberon orbit, where Bernal is dropped. Rocket continues to land on Oberon.
Crew prospects… auto success. Babbage Halbonauts industrialize for 1WT. 2WT added from claim/industrialize. Bernal is now a lab and VPs adjusted accordingly.
End of move dry mass adjustment: from 20 to 2.

Then crew industrializes robonaut and refinerey at rocket.
Colonists pay 1WT to produce another robonaut. Both factories and the robonaut move to the rocket (WM 13)

Then colonists do research op on dense plasma H-B focus fusion. Comes with stirling engine generator.
Rocket picks up freighter (WM 14)

• UN Taxes (Player Purple). Receive a 1 WT bonus from the pool for each claim disk (H6) or ET factory (H7) established by any player (including self). No tax bonus for claim jumping.
It’s per ET factory established. Cubes are not ET factories unless they are on a claim disk (they are mobile factories with no ability to produce).
However I think this means every time I land one of these on a claim and therefore create a factory (cube over claim) you DO get the 1WT.
I welcome alternate interpretations. Another rule imprecision.
Anyway, my interpretation (you get the WT when I place a cube over a claim) does benefit you in the long term, you I’m happy to do whatever you choose…
