Nope. Namco retained all rights on that IP.

Hip Games was, however, working on a Call of Cthulhu SKU, as well as the George A Romero license.

All they did was port the game to PC.

No, that’s being made by UK based Headfirst, under the watchful eye of Bethesda.

There are actually 2 Cthulhu games currently under development, both by Headfirst. The first one, Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth, is “under the watchful eye of Bethesda” (and had been previously bounced around some, IIRC). The second one, Call of Cthulhu: Destiny’s End, was slated for publishing by Hip.
