Anyone else hear about this? Cross is making the publicity rounds.
Last year David Cross wrote and directed Hits a “dark comedy about the nature of fame in the age of social media”. It stars Matt Walsh, Amy Sedarius, James Adomian, Wyatt Cenac, and a bunch of funny people. It’s being released as ‘pay what you want’, at least for the initial run and you can buy it via a bittorrent download as well as all the usual sources. It actually was fairly well received at Sundance from what I’ve heard.
I get a little weary of Cross’ jaded persona, but damn if he isn’t one of the funniest people ever.
Anyway, you can get it, for as much or little as you want to pay, starting later on 2/13.
