There’s only one 40K ARPG as far as I know, the other is fantasy:

Right, that one. It’s the “Chaos” thing that prompted me to mix them up.

OHhhh, that’s totally fair, my brain likely would’ve done the same thing were I not so immersed in them.

Chaosbane isn’t terrible either, it’s fun if you get it on a deep sale.

It’s an X-Com like, but you’re playing Walking Tanks who think cover is for Xeno Scum and missing is for non Angels of the Emperor.

Yeah you’re Grey Knights which are Demon hunter specialists or something along those lines. Xcom style but I don’t think there is as much individual unit customization as Xcom, or so I’ve read.

I just bought Chaos Gate and am maybe a dozen missions in. It didn’t grab me as much as XCom, but I like it.

Yay! My first non-pause month for a while now (maybe 3-4 months?). For the Emperor!

This one is a pause for me. Too many unknown games. 40K is the only thing that interests me but not enough. Especially compared to last months bundle which was pretty good.

This prompted me to check, turns out this is my first time unpausing since September of last year (though September marked the end of a 4 month streak of buying monthlies, which was certainly unusual for me but not unwelcome).

I haven’t unpaused since Jan 2022. Sometimes it was because I already had the game(s) I was interested in and sometimes I just wasn’t interested in any. But, I am tempted to get this for the Warhammer game.

Can’t pause this month fast enough for me. Nothing I want to play, or remotely want to play if we go back to lockdown again.

I really enjoyed Spiritfarer, but it’s not for everyone
