I got an E3 brochure...WTH?

I got this brochure in the mail the other day for E3. It’s got a list of the workshops and whatnot that are going on and a registration form in the back.

Okay, so why did I get this then? I’m certainly not a “qualified industry professional.”

Are you sure about that?

Have you written any an article for a major web magazine, rumor rag, or anonymous Slashdot comment?

Do you currently, or have you in the past, paid for an IGN insider account just to watch video clips of E3 booth babes?

Can you draw this pirate?

If so, you may be a qualified industry professional.

I get them, too, but I’ve never been able to get in. Do you work in some quasi-related field? My brother usually goes, and they let him in because he is a Cisco high-speed network guru.

At least a couple of years ago, All it takes is a few pages printed out from your “gaming” website and a business card you can print yourself. Go as press so it is free.

Xahlt,

I just want to give you props on that. That was some funny shit.
