I love Lego

Dang, for a 1900 piece kit?

Well that’s going on the Christmas list, building that with my son would be great.

Role-play… as a giant?

My oldest built a Just Cause 3 base for us to play “Dice Wars” which is a game I invented to teach him math and counting. I gave him only red and grey legos, I think he did pretty well, especially proud of the billboard, which I helped him with (but he did the flag).

nice!

Ahem

Sounds like a trademark issue waiting to happen.

Wait, the dice are the pieces? That’s lame. That’s like a third world country game.

“No, see, dice is horse!”

Given that it’s a Just Cause 3 base, I’d assume it ended up in flaming smitherines by the end of your dice war?

Yea, everything explodes.

There is a LEGO (unofficial) tactics game:

Almost creatively titled “Butthead Toy Company Wars”.

Someone started developing a computerized version as well.

It looks like 90% of games on SourceForge though… janky and abandoned.

I mainly had three types of toys:

LEGO, Playmobil, Matchbox cars

My brother got a lot of cool electronics…

I enjoy the Lego Batman movies. The voice acting is on par with other animated movies and some of the jokes are comical/amusing.

Man, @Andrew_Cheung, you are really trying to catch up on a lot of threads, aren’t you?

@legowarrior Yes, I will slow down by next week.

Why would you do that?

@CraigM Not sure, I got some free time this week and will be doing other things.

Are you going to sell your account to some bot network? I hear that’s the thing to do.

I never really get very excited about non-minifig scale stuff.

Holy Fuck! That set is 850Euros over here! NOT FAIR!
