Something that is at least 64gb, and read/write speeds at least around 100MB/s.

Amazon is suggesting me this:

What does wirecutter say?
If you need a lot of speed, or lots of writing (and 128gb can be a nightmare to write to at a paltry 20mb/sec) it is definitely a good idea to do research.
I can recommend patriot supersonic rage series for SSD like speeds.
Their main suggestion is discontinued it seems. The runner up is the one I posted.
I have a 64GB Sandisk Extreme USB 3.0 which I bought around Christmas 2016. It could be an older version, but it looks exactly like the one in the picture. Read and write speeds are good, especially considering the price:
EDIT: found the benchmark you used earlier and ran it too:
Sadly I can’t find the older 2016 model, and the newer one doesn’t seem as fast/reliable.
So I think I am gonna toss a few extra bucks in and get this one :
I know that by flash drive people have certain ideas about form factor, but have you considered some of the Samsung or WD external SSDs? I’m actually running my iMac off a WD SSD - and through USB 3.0 even, since Thunderbolt 2 is DOA - because spinny disk madness causing. They are larger though and need a cable.
They usually need extra power too which is annoying.
Oh yeah, I finally clicked on the links above, sorry about that. Surprising that the new one is slower than the one it replaced. I guess they’re trying to cut costs or something.
So I ended up with this for around $22. Mostly for the dual USB / USB-C slider to easily get stuff over to my phone. And it is around twice as fast as the Corsair Slider I’ve been using. I am liking it so far. :)
60mb/sec write isn’t too bad, not stellar though.
You kinda have to have good write speeds because at 60mb/sec, that’s 17 seconds per gigabyte, meaning filling a 64 GB drive would take more than 18 minutes, and a 32 GB drive more than 9 minutes.
Maybe this is the way to go:

I tested write speeds in 2015 and got 254 mb/sec
Wait a sec @lordkosc the specs say
Super-fast solid state performance, read speeds of up to 420MB/s; write speeds of up to 380MB/s
You should be seeing wayyy faster speeds than 60mb/sec! Try a large file copy to the device, per above screenshot?
At least one Amazon review says
But for the most part, I hit 270-290MB/s and 11GB of music to the flash drive only took a minute
