And indeed he will for that is the only price for exposing the incompetence of federal government employees.
Meanwhile the TSA will try and use it to bring on even more people and request even more money despite already running a multi-billion dollar budget deficit and being around 50% over their congressionally mandated headcount limit.

Under federal sentencing guidelines, even if he’s convicted, Heatwole could serve no prison time because he has no prior record and it would be difficult to prove intent to do harm.
Its a safe bet that he’ll go to trial, plead no contest, and be given community service, dontcha think?
Equally likely they’ll threaten to pull out terrorist clauses to get him to plea bargain into a couple year sentence just to make an example out of him.
